Known as the warm heart of Africa, Malawi is the beautiful country with the warmest people and a high sense of humour. The country is rich in tourist attractions features, and has the second highest mountain in central eastern Africa, the country has also a number of mountains and plateaus, national parks and wildlife reserves, and Lake Malawi is the premier attraction site because of the freshness of its waters
Arrival at Kamuzu International Airport, warmly greeted by the Ultimate Travel Professionals, the group then departs for an 8-9 hours motor coach drive to Nyika National park via M1 road, and picnic lunch to be served enroute, accommodation and dinner @ Chelinda camp
The group will depart early in the morning for bird watching near the camp forest, departing early will give an opportunity to the participants to watch over 500 species of birds that are active mainly early in the morning, later the group will return to the lodge for breakfast before setting-off for a safari drive, participants will enjoy a very different cool weather that is totally different from the usual Warm Malawian Weather, later on the guest will depart Nyika for Salima via Lakeshore Road, dinner and accommodation @ Mayoka Beach lodge
After breakfast the group departs for Lake Malawi National Park, with a stopover @ Kungoni Cultural Heritage Site where the group will be entertained by performances of the Chewa culture by the communities, whilst at the site the participants will also visit Kungoni Meseum where they will also attend to a lecture by Father Boucher who is also locally known as Mr Chisale, the lecture will give participants a clear insight into the chewa culture and history, picnic lunch will be served together with the communities and again this gives a chance to guests for the Ultimate degree of interaction with local people, accommodation at Thumbi View Lodge
An early boat riding to Domwe island which guests will relax for 3-4 hours, clear waters on the islands provide an opportunity of seeing different species of fish but also fish eagles , the group will then return to the park for other water sports activities that will include swimming, scuba diving, fishing and skiing, they will later on depart Thumbi view lodge for Blantyre with a short stop at Mwala wa Mphinir, accommodation and dinner @ Blantyre Lodge
An early excursion to Mulanje Mountain where the group will hike to the peak of the mountain, but also the group will visit Dziwe La nkhalamba, and Likhubula falls, a stopover at Satemwa Tea estates for tea testing and back to Blantyre, accommodation and dinner at @ Blantyre Lodge
The tour participants again depart early in the morning for an excursion to Majete Wildlife Reserve where the group will have an opportunity to see the Malawi’s Big Five large Mammals during a Safari drive, after the game drive the group will be served with a traditional Sena Cuisine Lunch at the Majete community campsite, this will also give chance of highest degree of contact between the group and local people, the group then later in the evening return to Blantyre, dinner @ Kachere Restaurant and accommodation @ Alendo Hotel.
Transfer from Alendo Hotel to Chileka International Airport and then the group Depart Malawi
